These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and t6hy ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using t6hy's services in any form, you expressly confirm that you have read and fully understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by all its provisions and all policies referenced within it.

• Not a previously banned user – You must not have a t6hy account that was previously suspended or closed due to a violation.
• Compliance with local laws – Use of this platform is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

T6hy reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm user eligibility. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which includes uploading official identity documents, is part of the platform's standard procedure.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at t6hy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using a different name, email, phone number, device, or IP address — constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full legal name as per your ID, an active email address, a reachable phone number, and any other verification data requested during the KYC process. All information must be consistent with your actual identity.

• The name registered must exactly match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or used by anyone other than the registered owner.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account, including those carried out by others if you have granted them access.
• Contact t6hy support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

All financial transactions on t6hy are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods, including local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others), as well as digital wallets DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and QRIS.

Deposit terms:

• Deposits may only be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• T6hy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or e-wallets.
• Any balance credited due to a technical error must be reported immediately and must not be used until resolved by the t6hy team.

Withdrawal terms:

• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the t6hy account.
• T6hy does not charge withdrawal fees. However, you are responsible for any fees that may be charged by your destination bank or e-wallet.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account is undergoing verification or a security review.

T6hy regularly runs bonus and promotion programs for registered users. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions set at the time of launch, which must be read before claiming.

General terms applicable to all bonus types at t6hy:

• One bonus per user, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated by t6hy.
• T6hy reserves the right to void bonuses and bonus-derived winnings if abuse is proven, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed to violate the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited after the expiration date.

• Game and betting outcomes determined by the system are final and cannot be contested.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
• T6hy reserves the right to void bets suspected of exploiting technical loopholes, odds errors, or system mistakes for unfair gain.
• The use of bots, automated software, or external tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all users, t6hy strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Money laundering – Using the t6hy platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Fraud and cheating – Using techniques, tools, or strategies that dishonestly manipulate game outcomes or exploit system errors.
• Bonus abuse – Registering multiple accounts or colluding with other users solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Hacking and system interference – Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, attacking t6hy infrastructure, or disrupting other users' experience.
• Harmful content – Sending or distributing threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content through the platform's communication features.

Violations of this policy will result in proportional action, ranging from warnings and account restrictions to permanent account closure with balance forfeiture.

Account security is a shared responsibility between t6hy and its users. t6hy employs 256-bit SSL encryption, suspicious login detection, and two-step verification (2FA) as technical safeguards. However, certain aspects of security rest entirely in your hands:

• Use a strong and unique password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, with a minimum length of 8 characters.
• Never share your account password with anyone, including those claiming to be the t6hy team. Our team will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security during login and withdrawals.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report immediately to t6hy support if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

T6hy is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in keeping their account credentials confidential.

A user account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the user's request: You may request account closure at any time via the account settings page or by contacting t6hy support. Any remaining balance will be returned after the verification process.
• Temporary suspension: An account may be temporarily suspended if there is activity requiring a security review, pending KYC verification, or a suspected minor violation.
• Permanent closure: Carried out without prior notice if a serious violation is proven, such as fraud, money laundering, use of a false identity, or breach of applicable law.

In the event of account closure due to security reasons or a violation, t6hy reserves the right to hold the account balance until the internal investigation is complete. If the balance is confirmed to have been obtained legitimately and is unrelated to any violation, funds will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

T6hy strives to maintain consistent service availability and quality. However, t6hy does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or able to meet every specific user need.

T6hy is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from temporary service unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
• Losses resulting from the user's failure to keep their account credentials and login information secure.
• Third-party actions affecting the user experience on the platform, including internet connection issues on the user's end.

T6hy's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
